Shoulder width: From the tip of the seam of the left and right shoulders
Width: From the edge of the seam under the left and right armpits
Length: From the seam at the back collar to the hem edge
Sleeve length: From the edge of the shoulder seam to the edge of the sleeve
Sleeve length (裄丈): Straight line from the center of the back collar seam to the shoulder seam + from the shoulder seam to the edge of the sleeve
(Raglan sleeves cannot measure shoulder width and sleeve length, so sleeve length is listed)
